Our signs are made of high-quality silicone flex tubes with LED lights inside. They produce bright, intense colors while being more durable and affordable than traditional glass neon.

Each LED inside the tube is rated for up to 50,000 hours of use. That works out to over 27 years if you run your sign 5 hours a day, or about 5.7 years of continuous 24/7 use.

If you run your sign around the clock, we recommend switching it off for a 24-hour period every 14 days. Transformers and LEDs can overheat from constant use, which decreases their total lifetime. This rest period helps maintain the specified lifespan of your sign.

LitCraft designers need about 3 to 5 working days to make a sign once the design is approved and finalised. Express orders are made in approximately 2 to 3 working days.

LitCraft signs are designed by our team in Toronto, Canada and Dublin, Ireland. They are manufactured in Texas, USA, or in Mainland, China.

Installation has two parts:

Plugging in the sign. Your sign arrives wired and ready to go. It is a true plug-and-play setup. All you need to do is connect the push-fit connectors between the sign, dimmer, and power supply, then plug it into any standard outlet. Mounting the sign. Hanging a LitCraft sign is just like hanging a picture frame at home. We include standoff screws and metal hanging cables with every order so you have everything you need for a clean, professional look right out of the box. See the full mounting guide.

We offer several acrylic backings such as clear, cut-to-shape, full rectangle and more. The best choice depends on where the sign will be installed and the look you are going for.

The ideal size depends on how far people will stand from the sign and how much wall space you have. As a general rule, larger signs are easier to read from a distance and look more proportional behind bars, in storefronts and at events.

Yes. Every LitCraft order is covered by our exclusive shipping insurance against damage in transit. While this rarely happens, in the unlikely event your sign arrives damaged, contact us at support@litcraft.co within 24 hours of receiving your package and include all of the following:

'95 Full photos of the outer packaging before opening it, from multiple angles
'95 Photos of the damage to the sign
'95 A brief description of the incident

We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please note: failure to provide this information within the 24-hour window may result in your claim being declined by our shipping partners. We strongly recommend inspecting your package upon arrival.

This mainly depends on the size of the neon and other factors such as the length of neon tube used to make it.

Every LitCraft sign comes with a 1-year warranty covering neon tubes against defects and failure under normal use.

The warranty does not cover the remote control, power adapter, or other accessories. It also does not cover physical damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or accidents.

If your neon tubes show signs of defect or failure within the warranty period, contact us at support@litcraft.co and we will make it right.

We start working on your sign as soon as your order is confirmed, so please reach out to us at support@litcraft.co as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

We will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins. Once a sign has entered production, we are unable to make changes or process cancellations.

Since every sign is made to order and handcrafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Custom sign sales are final.
