Return and Refund Policy for LitCraft
At LitCraft, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and satisfied with your experience with us. Because our products often involve custom design and handmade production, please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.
Returns for Standard, Non-Custom Products
We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of package receipt, provided that the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
This applies only to products sold as standard, non-custom items and ordered without customization or personalization. Customization may include, but is not limited to, selecting a specific neon color, font style, backing style, or requesting a custom size not listed on the public product page.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@litcraft.co with your order number and the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process either a refund or exchange, based on your preference and eligibility.
Customized Products
All customized or personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us at support@litcraft.co within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product and the defect or damage
Once reviewed, we will work with you toward a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part, including an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason, including change of mind or a request to exchange for a different design, size, style, or color, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected to confirm its condition and eligibility.
Refunds will be sent to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
Digital Renderings vs. Actual Handmade Signs
Many LitCraft products are handmade and made to order. As a result, slight variations in color, shape, tubing appearance, acrylic backing, or overall finish may occur as part of the handmade production process.
In addition, colors and details may appear slightly different in person than they do in digital mockups due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and display calibration. These minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.
